Rest assured, your identity is completely protected unless you choose to identify yourself or are required to depending on the laws in your country.

Once your report has been filed, the appropriate individuals within your organization will receive it instantly. The decision to act or not act remains solely with them unless required to do so by law. Your organization is not required to disclose its response or actions pursuant to your report and intentional misreporting may be an actionable offense.

Please ensure to protect your identity by not disclosing any personal details. If you wish to share your name and contact information, you can do that in the report and we will share it with the appropriate representative at your organization.

IntegrityCounts and our clients consider the information that you submit using this reporting system to be very important and we respect your choice to come forward and report. It is up to you to be accurate, honest and as detailed as possible in providing the information. Your employer may or may not be able to share with you whether they are investigating your report or what the outcome of the investigation is based on the circumstances.
